Four years of full-time journey-level experience in the repair, troubleshooting and maintenance of large, heavy- duty electromechanical, electric or electronic equipment and machinery. The two years of journey-level experience must be preceded by either: Graduation from a vocational high school, post-secondary trade/technical school or college with a major in electrical, electronic, or electro-mechanical technology; or 2 years of full-time experience as a mechanic’s helper, apprentice or trainee.
